A LITTLE ABOUT ME
As a dedicated Loan Officer with the Waters Group at Fairway Mortgage, Joe Pessolano brings
professionalism, personalized service, and a client-first approach to every home loan transaction. Joe
approaches the mortgage process with a commitment to transparency and personalization, working
closely with homebuyers to ensure they feel informed and confident every step of the way.
Joe has been in the mortgage industry as a Loan Originator since 2016 and has assisted hundreds of
families achieve their goals of home ownership. Recognized as a member of Fairway's Chairman's Club in 2021 and multiple years for being in the Top 1% of Loan Officers in the United States, his dedication to
serving his clients is evident in all that he does.
Originally from Pennsylvania, Joe has lived in North Carolina since 2005. He and his wife have two
children. Joe has a passion for music and has been a member in both national and regional touring bands over the past couple of decades. Joe is also active in a leadership role with his church where he serves as the Worship Minister.
