A LITTLE ABOUT ME
As a Branch Production Assistant with The Waters Group at Fairway Mortgage, Evelyn plays a key role in getting our clients to the closing table. She works closely with loan officers, processors, and underwriters to manage loan files, coordinate documentation, and provide clear communication to clients and partners throughout the process.
Evelyn is from Riobamba-Ecuador and moved to the United States at the age of 15, first settling in Belleville, New Jersey. Two years later, she made North Carolina her home. Here she built a beautiful life and family with her boyfriend of eight years, Joe, and together, they are raising four amazing children - two daughters, ages 6 and 3, and two wonderful stepsons, ages 12 and 11.
She is bilingual, fluent in both English and Spanish, which allows her to connect with and assist a diverse range of clients.
She began her career in the mortgage industry nine years ago and quickly discovered that this was more than just a job, it was her passion. She loves helping individuals and families achieve their dream of homeownership. Guiding people through one of the most important decisions of their lives is incredibly rewarding, and she's honored to be a part of that journey.
